What types of events do you manage?

Everything from solo comedy nights, artist tours and large-scale music and cultural festivals to corporate conferences, annual galas and product launches. We handle the full production: talent booking, sound and lighting, stage management, ticketing, marketing and logistics.

How early should we contact you?

The earlier, the better. Large festivals and conferences are best planned three to six months ahead — but our team has delivered exceptional events on tighter timelines. Tell us your date and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.

Do you handle permits and government approvals?

Yes — completely. We obtain all UAE government and municipal permits and cultural approvals, and we manage security, safety and crowd control on the ground to the highest standards. You never deal with the paperwork.

Do you work outside the UAE?

We are based in Al-Ain, Abu Dhabi, and operate across the UAE. For regional brands and tours we also deliver events across the wider Middle East — get in touch and tell us where you want to go.

Can you also handle artist travel and accommodation?

Yes. Flights, premium accommodation and ground logistics for delegations and artists are part of our logistics service.

How does sponsoring an event work?

We don't sell traditional ad space. We design custom, interactive brand experiences that put your name at the heart of the event — in front of real, fully engaged crowds. Start on the Sponsors page or send us an enquiry.

How do you guarantee attendance?

It is the force behind our name. We use advanced digital marketing and audience behavioral analytics to sell out the house long before doors open — so your brand is never presented to empty seats.

Where do I buy tickets?

Every event page links to the official ticket partner — look for the "Get Tickets" button. Buy only through the official link shown on our site.

The event I want is sold out. Now what?

Join the waitlist on the event page and subscribe to our newsletter — if tickets are released, you will be the first to know.

Where are your events held?

In venues across the UAE — arenas, hotels, cultural districts and open-air sites. The venue, date and timing are on every event page, with add-to-calendar links.

Is the venue accessible?

Accessibility varies by venue. Email us before the event and we'll confirm access and arrange what we can.
